Mail Clerk | Lehi, UT

Join a fast paced logistics and warehouse environment where accuracy, organization, and teamwork keep daily operations running smoothly. The Mail Clerk supports both mailroom and warehouse functions by ensuring timely sorting, processing, and distribution of mail and packages. This role is ideal for candidates with mailroom, warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience who thrive in an active, deadline driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages

• Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments, including labeling and documentation

• Accurately track and log all mail and package movement

• Load and unload freight as needed

• Assist with general warehouse duties to support daily operations

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (experience a plus)

• Provide customer service support to internal teams, drivers, and vendors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mailroom and work area

• Follow all site safety guidelines and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

• Comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse or logistics environment

• Good communication skills and a team oriented mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines

• Forklift experience preferred but not required

• Previous mailroom, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred

• Ability to lift, move, and handle packages and freight

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Pay

$19.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Weekend Shift – Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
